Andrew Kidd
Andrew is Head of the Private Client Department of Silverman Sherliker, Solicitors and, as well as advising on how to go about contesting a Will or resisting some else who is contesting a Will, he also deals with all aspects of succession planning through the use of wills and trusts, the administration of estates and setting up trusts for tax and asset protection purposes. He deals with a wide range of contested probate issues and is able to handle any disputes involving contesting a Will. Jonathan has very considerable probate experience and has been closely involved in successfully resolving many contentious probate matters particularly those involving executorship and trustee duties. He is frequently involved in advising clients on the legal aspects of contesting a Will. He has contributed to the Solicitor's Journal and Lawyer magazine, appeared on BBC TV on legal issues.
James Robertson
James specialises in litigation and dispute resolution often for high net-worth individuals and advises on all aspecting of disputes resolution involving contesting a Will. He is also a great believer in mediation procedures to resolve complex disputes of the kind that typically arise when someone does decide to contest a Will.
Richard Gordon
Richard is a property lawyer of over 25 years experience and is well-placed to advise on the various property issues that are quite often involved in contesting a Will. He deals with both commercial and residential property matters and is able to re-structure the ownership of property assets and act in any property transactions that may be necessary to resolve any probate disputes.
